Job Title : Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise risk and compliance solutions for clients in Financial Services, Pharma, and other regulated industries. The role requires deep expertise in Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), and Oracle Fusion Security, along with strong collaboration with internal audit, compliance, and external auditors.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance, minimizing risk exposure, and ensuring audit readiness across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle Risk Management Cloud Implementation :

- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle RMC implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Configure and manage Advanced Access Controls (AAC) and Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) modules.

- Design and implement risk frameworks aligned with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Access Controls & Security :

- Design, configure, and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, rulesets, and conflict matrices.

- Perform SoD analysis, identify violations, and recommend mitigation or remediation strategies.

- Possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Roles, Data Security, Functional Security, and Duty Roles.

- Support role design, role cleanup, and role optimization initiatives.

Controls Design & Monitoring :

- Create and maintain detective and preventive controls across Finance, Procurement, SCM, and HCM modules.

- Configure continuous monitoring controls to proactively detect policy violations and control breaches.

- Support risk assessments and ongoing monitoring activities using Oracle RMC dashboards and analytics.

Audit & Compliance Support :

- Ensure internal audit and SOX readiness by maintaining proper controls, documentation, and evidence.

- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, internal audit teams, compliance teams, and external auditors.

- Assist in audit walkthroughs, control testing, issue remediation, and closure.

- Support regulatory compliance requirements relevant to Financial Services and Pharma industries.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory :

- Work closely with functional leads, IT security teams, and business users to align risk controls with business processes.

- Provide advisory support on best practices for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer on Oracle RMC functionalities and controls.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)

Expertise in :

- Advanced Access Controls (AAC)

- Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)

- In-depth knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) design, setup, analysis, and conflict remediation

- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Roles & Security architecture

- Experience creating detective and preventive controls

- Proven experience supporting internal and external audits

- Ability to work effectively with auditors, compliance teams, and business stakeholders

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in Financial Services or Pharma regulatory environments

- Knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and compliance frameworks

- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, or HCM modules

- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Prior experience in post-go-live support and continuous control monitoring
