About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 EBS Contractor with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) modules, specifically focused on invoicing and taxation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, and support of R12 financial modules, ensuring seamless business operations and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, implement, and support Oracle R12 EBS Financial modules (AR, AP, Invoicing).

- Lead the setup and configuration of Tax (mandatory), ensuring accurate compliance with VAT, GST, and other statutory requirements.

- Design and implement E-Invoicing solutions and manage integration with financial and statutory systems.

- Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver Oracle R12-based solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in AR/AP modules and provide production support.

- Ensure accurate and timely execution of invoicing and taxation processes across business units.

- Create and maintain functional documentation, configurations, and SOPs.

- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, extensions, and enhancements.

- Provide guidance and training to end-users on Oracle R12 EBS functionalities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle R12 EBS Financials.

- Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) with a focus on Invoicing.

- Proven knowledge in Tax setup and configuration (mandatory).

- Experience with E-Invoicing, including VAT/GST and statutory compliance.

- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting workflows.

- Ability to interact with business stakeholders and manage client communication effectively.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to global tax regulations and statutory reporting.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle R12 upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of integrations between Oracle Financials and third-party systems.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
