Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the functional track for Oracle EBS & Fusion PPMincluding Project Costing, Billing, and Project Contracts.

- Own end-to-end implementation activities : requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, reports, and customizations.

- Provide functional expertise for issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.

- Mentor junior consultants and guide project teams to ensure quality delivery.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Ensure best practices are followed in documentation, configuration, and testing.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 to 15 years of experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion PPM.

- Strong expertise in Project Costing, Billing, and Contracts modules.

- Hands-on experience with Fusion PPM Cloud, including extensions, reporting (OTBI/BIP), and REST/SOAP integrations.

- Solid understanding of cross-functional modules such as Financials and SCM (preferred).

- Proven leadership in multi-project delivery and stakeholder management.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills
