Role Summary :

Wipro is seeking a seasoned Oracle PPM Cloud Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. This role demands deep functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to drive complex business solutions in client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations, including greenfield deployments.

- Own the functional solution design across PPM modules for complex enterprise projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.

- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution mapping.

- Configure and test Oracle Fusion PPM modules including Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Resource Management.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and client stakeholders.

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high client satisfaction.

- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules :

1. Project Costing

2. Project Billing

3. Project Contracts

4. Project Resource Management

5. Project Performance Reporting

- Proven ability to lead Oracle PPM implementations (minimum 2-3 full-cycle projects).

- Deep understanding of business processes in project-centric industries (IT, consulting, services).

- Experience in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues independently.

- Familiarity with integration touchpoints across Financials, Procurement, and HCM modules.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

- Oracle Certification in PPM or related Fusion modules (preferred but not mandatory).

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 6 years in Fusion PPM.

- Prior experience working with Tier-1 clients or large-scale enterprise projects.

Work Conditions :

- Hybrid work model : 3 days/week from any Wipro office.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops or go-live support.
