Looking for Immediate to 30days. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Oracle Product Lifecycle Management module.

Job Description

- Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH).

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, customisation management and support.

- Perform API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components.

- Deliver post-production support/hyper care service.

- Create custom reports using Oracle tools.

- Perform Root cause analysis on recurring issues.

- Execute Agile data migration processes.

- Conduct quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing.

- Analyse and prioritise support requests involving Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations and customisation issues.

- Perform initial assessment and customisation component failures.

- Coordinate post-production support/Hypercare requests.

- Triage issues related to custom reports using Oracle tools.

- Manage incident tickets for Agile data migration challenges.

- Track and prioritise quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests.

Requirements :

- 6-10 Years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles.

- Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations.

- Knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies (patch testing).

- Experience with custom reports development using Oracle tools.

- Background in Agile data migration techniques.

- Ability to validate and test system configuration and patches.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication abilities with both technical and business stakeholders.
