Oracle PL/SQL Developer - Database Design

Role : Oracle PL/SQL Developer.

Experience Preferred : 5-7 Years.

Location : Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Job Description :

- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.

- Analyze existing PL/SQL code for improvements, performance tuning, and scalability.

- Work closely with application developers to integrate PL/SQL code with front-end applications.

- Debug, test, and document database code to ensure quality and maintainability.

- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical

solutions.

- Perform database performance monitoring and tuning to ensure system efficiency.

- Manage database security, backup, and recovery strategies in coordination with the DBA team.

- Support production systems by troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.

- Maintain version control and follow coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database architecture.

- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization techniques.

- Ability to work with large datasets and complex business logic.

- Familiarity with tools such as SQL Plus, TOAD, Oracle SQL Developer.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
