Job Title : Oracle PL/SQL Developer Banking Domain (Flexcube Experience Preferred)

Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of experience required

Preferred : 5+ years overall with at least :

- 1+ years of experience in Flexcube (FCR/FCUBS/OBPM) or

- 3+ years of experience in Core Java if Flexcube experience is limited

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL code to support core banking applications, primarily Flexcube.

- Work on Flexcube modules like FCR (Retail), FCUBS (Universal), and OBPM (Payments) for enhancements and issue resolution.

- Develop and optimize ETL/data migration processes for onboarding legacy or third-party systems into Flexcube.

- Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable, customized solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure stability and quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams.

- Maintain documentation and version control using standard tools.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL programming

- Experience working on Flexcube (FCR / FCUBS / OBPM)

- Good understanding of core banking systems and domain processes

- Basic knowledge of Java and ability to work with Java-based banking integrations

- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and change management processes

Good to Have :

- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines

- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting

- Experience in banking product upgrades or version migrations
