Oracle PeopleSoft Developer

We are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

This role requires expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design and implement PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Financials, and SCM.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft applications.

- Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Stay updated with PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development.

- Strong proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, and Application Engine.

- Experience with SQL, SQR, and Component Interfaces.

- Knowledge of Integration Broker and Workflow.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, or Campus Solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud-based PeopleSoft implementations.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Exp : 6 to 10 yrs.

Location : Hyd/bang/chennai/Pune.

Notice Period : Imm to 15 days.
