Position Summary :

Planning / EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) / PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) / PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service)

Role Overview :

As part of the Planning / EPBCS / PBCS / PCMCS team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase solutions, including PBCS, EPBCS, and PCMCS applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Hyperion Planning and Essbase and/or PBCS, EPBCS, and PCMCS applications

- Gather business requirements, plan delivery timelines, and assess project risks

- Own technical delivery and ensure high quality of all deliverables

- Identify, track, and escalate issues related to deliverables in a timely manner

- Play a key role across the entire project lifecyclefrom requirement gathering through Hypercare support

- Understand issues raised by leads or onsite teams and assess their impact on assigned work

- Work independently with technical and functional guidance from project leads

The role is part of the Business Finance offering within a Finance Transformation portfolio. The team advises, implements, and delivers solution-as-a-service offerings related to digital finance strategy, financial planning & analysis, enterprise performance management, and technology-enabled finance solutions.

By taking a holistic approachfrom strategy development to process design and technology enablement the team helps clients navigate complex business challenges, drive profitable growth, manage costs strategically, and mitigate risks. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong analytical skills to contribute to this mission.

Qualifications Required :

- 6- 10 years of experience implementing Hyperion Planning & Essbase and/or Oracle PBCS, EPBCS solutions

- Hands-on project experience with EPM Suite of Products 11.x and/or Oracle PBCS, EPBCS, PCMCS

- Strong understanding of ASO and BSO cube development

- Strong knowledge of Aggregate Storage and MDX calculations

- Proficiency in creating and customizing Business Rules in PBCS/EPBCS and/or Allocation Rules in PCMCS

- Ability to build complex reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio / Web Studio

- Understanding of integration requirements with hands-on experience in building FDMEE / Data Management components

- Experience conducting cost-benefit analysis for design, development, and delivery decisions

- Experience in designing security models and provisioning users in Shared Services

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in prototyping, enhancement planning, and performance tuning of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS applications

- Knowledge of EPM Automate, Batch/Shell scripting, and Groovy scripting

- Knowledge of Data Management (data and metadata) related to EPBCS or PBCS

- Experience with reporting tools such as Financial Reporting Studio, EPRCS, or third-party reporting tools
