Are you an Oracle FCCS expert who enjoys solving real financial consolidation challenges? Do you like working closely with Finance teams, simplifying complex close processes, and building solutions that make work easier?

We are looking for a passionate Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services) Consultant to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our Consolidation and Close ecosystem.

About Client :

The client operates across 50+ countries with strong expertise in trading, logistics, and value-added processing.

What You Will Do :

- Lead end-to-end development and configuration of Oracle FCCS Cloud

- Build automations to simplify consolidation, close, and reporting workflows

- Support users, understand challenges, and translate requirements into solutions

- Troubleshoot issues during month-end and quarter-end close

- Work on enhancements, customizations, and integrations with EPM and other systems

- Participate in validation, testing, documentation, and production migrations

- Drive system improvement initiatives for efficiency and user experience

- Act as SME for Record to Report (R2R), ensuring compliance and audit readiness

What We Are Looking For :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS and at least 2 full implementations

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM and integrations

- Good understanding of R2R, Chart of Accounts, journal entries, and consolidation processes

- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and data integrations

- Knowledge of scripting such as PowerShell, Batch, or Shell is a plus

- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall

- Strong communication skills to work with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams

- Oracle FCCS or EPM certifications are an added advantage

- Problem-solving mindset with ownership and continuous improvement focus
