Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute Oracle Fusion Payroll functional configuration, ensuring alignment with UK-specific payroll requirements and regulations.

- Apply extensive knowledge of UK Payroll processes to configure the system accurately, including statutory deductions, tax, and national insurance.

- Manage Payroll Flows, Calculation Cards, Rate Definitions, Balances, Balance Groups, and Dimensions.

- Configure and troubleshoot Payroll Costing and Retro Costing.

- Ensure a strong understanding of Seeded Processes, Year-End Processes, and Reports within Oracle Fusion Payroll.

- Provide hands-on configuration and implementation expertise in Oracle Absence Management.

- Configure Compensation Workbench, Compensation Models, and Workforce Compensation Plans.

- Possess extensive development and debugging knowledge of Payroll Fast Formulas.

- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in areas like DFF (Descriptive Flexfields), EFF (Extensible Flexfields), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader).

- Configure approvals and set up alerts/workflows within the Oracle Fusion environment.

- Lead or participate in implementations, demonstrating experience in Agile environments.

- Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

- Oracle Fusion Payroll strong functional configuration experience

- UK Payroll expertise.

- Oracle Absence Management hands-on configuration and implementation.

- Payroll Fast Formula extensive development and debugging knowledge.

- Experience in Payroll Flows, Calculation Cards, Rate Definitions, Balances, Balance Groups, and Dimensions.

- Payroll Costing and Retro Costing.

- Configuration of Compensation Workbench, Compensation Models, and Workforce Compensation Plans.

- Technical knowledge in DFF, EFF, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, HDL.

- Ability to configure approvals and set up alerts/workflows.

- Strong understanding of Seeded Processes, Year-End Processes, and Reports.

- Implementation experience in Agile environments
