Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle PaaS Applications Developer with 4-10 years of strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Gen2/Gen3, Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS), and Oracle Policy Automation (OPA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality UI and workflow solutions in close collaboration with functional teams, particularly those working on Oracle's Maintenance Cloud and SCM modules. Strong debugging skills, a focus on rapid delivery, and in-depth Oracle Cloud knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize high-quality user interfaces and applications using Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) - Gen2 & Gen3.

- Design, implement, and optimize business processes and workflows using Oracle PCS (Process Cloud Service).

- Develop and manage business rules and policies using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) to support complex decision-making logic.

- Collaborate closely with functional teams, especially those working on Oracle Maintenance Cloud and SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules, to understand requirements and deliver integrated PaaS solutions.

- Demonstrate strong debugging skills to rapidly analyze and resolve bugs and performance issues across UI and workflow layers.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs to connect PaaS applications with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM and other external systems.

- Create and customize reports using BI Publisher (BIP) Reports to meet business reporting needs.

- Possess a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & HCM to ensure seamless integration and data flow with PaaS extensions.

- Work in an agile environment, focusing on rapid delivery cycles and continuous improvement.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle PaaS best practices.

- Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.

Required Skills :

- 4-10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle PaaS Applications Developer.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) - Gen2 & Gen3.

- Expertise in Oracle PCS (Process Cloud Service).

- Expertise in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & HCM modules.

- Proven ability to quickly analyze and resolve bugs across UI and workflow layers.

- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.

- Proficiency in BI Publisher (BIP) Reports.

- Experience collaborating with functional teams, particularly those focused on Oracle Maintenance Cloud and SCM.
