About the Role :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle P2P Fusion Technical Consultant to join our team and provide technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This role focuses on configuration, customization, integration, data management, and reporting within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion P2P modules and strong technical skills to manage complex conversions, integrations, and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :


- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules based on business requirements.

- Manage data conversions, migrations, and integration activities to ensure smooth transitions and consistent data quality.

- Analyze data mapping and perform data validation during migration cycles.

- Support month-end financial closure activities related to P2P modules by ensuring accurate and timely processing.

- Develop and generate reports using BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Financial Reporting Studio (FR Studio), and Smartsheet View in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Collaborate closely with onsite and offshore teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during Oracle Cloud upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

- Work closely with Oracle Support by raising Service Requests (SR) and managing resolution of issues related to Cloud upgrades and seeded bugs.

- Assist in designing and implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC); experience in this area is a plus.

- Exposure to Coupa procurement solutions and integration is an added advantage.

- Follow AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) and other established frameworks to ensure project delivery excellence.

- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, gather technical requirements, and translate them into solutions.

- Document configurations, customizations, and support activities to maintain knowledge base.

Required Skills and Qualifications :


- 9 to 13 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion, specifically in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules.

- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud configuration, customization, and data management.

- Extensive experience in data conversions, integrations, and interfaces in Oracle Fusion environments.

- Proficient in data analysis, mapping, migration, and validation techniques.

- Knowledge of month-end close processes and financial reporting related to P2P.

- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and FR Studio report generation.

- Basic experience or knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa is beneficial.

- Strong understanding and practical experience of AIM methodology.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills with experience in supporting Cloud upgrades and resolving issues.

- Experience working collaboratively in a global team environment with offshore and onsite coordination.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
