Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of OTL Cloud implementations;
- Manage full-cycle OTL projects, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support;
- Deliver end-to-end OTL implementations, particularly for U.S. clients, integrated with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Projects;
- Work in close collaboration with Core HR and Absence Management teams to align configurations and dependencies;
- Configure custom Time Entry, Validation, Calculation, and Workforce Compliance rules;
- Handle functional integrations with biometric/clock-in devices and manage OTL Rest API-based integrations;
- Build and maintain custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher for time tracking and analytics;
- Stay updated on Oracle quarterly product releases and assess the impact on OTL configurations and workflows;
- Collaborate with technical teams on the design of interfaces and reports related to OTL data;
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for OTL-related queries, configurations, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in any discipline;
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on OTL;
- Functional expertise in integrating OTL with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Projects Costing;
- Full project lifecycle experience, including UAT, training, and deployment;
- Proven track record in leading OTL implementations (minimum 3 full-cycle projects);
- Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, time device integration, and biometric clock-in solutions;
- Deep understanding of OTL rule configurations and workforce compliance management;
- Skilled in report creation using Oracle BI Publisher.
