Job Description :

Were looking for an experienced Oracle Order Management professional to support, enhance, and integrate Oracle OM solutions while ensuring alignment with business goals. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, project tracking, and active knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives

- Design, develop, and support Oracle Order Management solutions

- Integrate Oracle Order Management with other enterprise systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently

- Work within Agile development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Oracle Order Management (mandatory)

- Solid understanding of application design and development methodologies

- Hands-on experience with system integrations involving Oracle OM

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Order Management

- 15 years of full-time education required

Nice to Have :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments
