We are seeking an experienced Oracle ODS Technical Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based Operational Data Stores (ODS) within a large-scale enterprise environment.

The role demands strong technical leadership in data integration, architecture, and operational reporting, with hands-on experience in managing teams and driving end-to-end ODS solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- ODS Architecture & Solution Design : Design, implement, and maintain scalable ODS solutions aligned with enterprise data strategy.

- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor teams consisting of developers, ETL engineers, DBAs, and data analysts.

- Data Integration & ETL Management : Manage complex data integrations using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle GoldenGate, or other ETL/ELT tools.

- Governance, Quality & Security : Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across ODS environments.

- Stakeholder & Project Management : Work closely with business stakeholders to convert functional requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Operations & Support : Oversee production support, troubleshoot critical issues, and perform root-cause analysis to ensure system reliability.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, Oracle development, or integration roles

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial or technical lead capacity

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ODS / Oracle ODI

- Exposure to Oracle Cloud (OCI) mandatory for finance domain

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (OCI / AWS / Azure)

- Previous experience in large enterprise sectors finance, retail, tech, telecom, etc.
