We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Workflow and Approvals Management Engine (AME) to join our team for a long-term client engagement. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Oracle OAF pages to meet business requirements, including personalization and extensions.

- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow processes to streamline business operations.

- Implement and enhance Approval Management Engine (AME) configurations to support dynamic approval workflows.

- Work across multiple Oracle EBS modules such as Purchase Order (PO), Accounts Payable (AP), and Human Resources (HR) to provide comprehensive technical solutions.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex workflow issues and business process bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with business users and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adhere to established development standards.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

- Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and deliver high-value solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle OAF development (Oracle EBS R12).

- Strong expertise in Oracle Workflow and Approvals Management Engine (AME).

- Proven experience with Oracle EBS modules including PO, AP, and HR.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex workflow scenarios.

- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
