Job Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle NetSuite Manager with a strong background in ERP implementation, project delivery, and financial systems to join a global delivery team. This is a leadership role that requires a balance of hands-on expertise in NetSuite and the ability to drive end-to-end project execution across multiple geographies and business functions.

As a NetSuite Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle-from discovery and design to deployment and post-go-live support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical consultants to ensure high-quality, timely, and scalable ERP solutions are delivered.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations across global business units

- Manage functional consultants, developers, and project resources to deliver solutions in line with client expectations

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis

- Oversee Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteTax, MultiBook Accounting, and other finance-related modules

- Drive UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-deployment support

- Coordinate across finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless process alignment

- Facilitate data migration, integration setup (e.g., Celigo, Boomi), and customization using SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and Saved Searches

- Own documentation for system design, process flows, and training materials

- Provide leadership and governance in project planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and change control

- Stay up to date with NetSuite releases and leverage new features to optimize solution design

- Engage with global stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Required Skills and Experience :

- 12+ years of overall ERP or finance consulting experience

- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience, including implementation leadership with Netsuite Certifications are mandatory.

- Deep expertise in ARM, MultiBook, SuiteTax, Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR), and approval workflows

- Experience in data migration, reporting, saved searches, and NetSuite integrations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong team leadership with the ability to mentor and manage multiple consultants

- Understanding of accounting processes, compliance, and global finance operations

- Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are a strong plus

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields (MBA or CA preferred)
