Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Functional Supervisor to lead ERP delivery tasks focused on financial modules, localization, and post-implementation support. In this role, youll act as a functional subject matter expert, contributing to NetSuite implementations while also mentoring junior consultants and managing core delivery tasks.

Youll work within a collaborative team environment to configure solutions, execute testing, support data migrations, and optimize finance operations using Oracle NetSuite. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with strong ownership of day-to-day project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist with the implementation and support of NetSuite ERP solutions, particularly in financial modules

- Configure environments for client demos, prototype sessions, and stakeholder validations

- Handle UAT, SIT, and training activities with end users and cross-functional teams

- Work on module-level setup of SuiteTax, ARM, MultiBook, Localization, GL/AP/AR

- Participate in data migration tasks field mapping, validation, test loads

- Troubleshoot functional issues, coordinate with technical teams, and support release management

- Create saved searches, reports, dashboards, and support user training documentation

- Act as the point of contact for client-side process owners and support teams

- Ensure quality in deliverables, timelines, and user adoption

- Support functional enhancements in ongoing projects and change requests

- Collaborate with solution architects and project leads to ensure seamless implementation

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6-8 years of total experience, with minimum 3+ years in Oracle NetSuite functional consulting

- Strong understanding of financial operations and modules in ERP systems

- Proficient in Advanced Revenue Management, MultiBook, SuiteTax, Localization, and Saved Searches

- Experience in UAT, data migration, and user training

- Good communication and documentation skills

- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver independently and in teams

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields (CA/CPA or MBA Finance preferred)

- NetSuite certifications are an mandatory
