Oracle Netsuite Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Indian Taxation (GST, TDS, TCS) to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance processes, tax compliance, and be able to configure and support NetSuite ERP for Indian operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize NetSuite SuiteTax for GST, TDS, TCS, and e-Invoicing compliance.

- Work closely with finance, procurement, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations.

- Develop and manage saved searches, custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support Indian regulatory requirements.

- Ensure accurate tax setup for customers, vendors, and items across transactions.

- Manage monthly tax returns preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 26Q etc.) through NetSuite reports and validations.

- Coordinate with external consultants and compliance teams for tax updates and enhancements.

- Conduct user training, UAT support, and documentation.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of NetSuite modules.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong understanding of Indian GST, TDS, TCS regulations and how they apply to ERP systems.

- Hands-on experience in NetSuite modules: Financials, Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and SuiteTax.

- Experience with e-Invoicing, e-Way bill, and tax reporting within NetSuite.

- Ability to create saved searches, custom fields, workflows, and reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Experience in SuiteScript (basic level) is an advantage

- Prior experience working with NetSuite partners or in NetSuite implementation projects for Indian entities
