Key Responsibilities :

- Lead integration architecture and delivery for Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM implementations

- Ensure successful migration of global finance teams onto a unified Oracle Cloud ERPM platform

- Act as a hands-on technical expert in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions

- Design and implement robust system integrations using best-practice integration patterns, fault handling, and connection configurations

- Ensure seamless connectivity across enterprise applications through scalable and secure integration designs

- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials to design, configure, and troubleshoot complex integration solutions

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to align integrations with organizational and functional requirements

- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and upskilling to Systems Support teams within the Shared Services Centre

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration performance, reliability, and scalability

- Support post-go-live operations and ongoing optimization of integration solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Extensive experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture and implementation

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM integrations

- Deep understanding of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.) and end-to-end finance processes

- Proven expertise in integration patterns, error handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting in OIC

- Experience integrating SaaS, on-premise, and third-party applications

- Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and Oracle adapters

- Experience working in large-scale transformation or ERP migration programs

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Cloud certifications (OIC, Fusion Financials, or EPM)

- Experience in global or multi-entity finance environments

- Exposure to Shared Services or Center of Excellence (CoE) operating models
