Education :
- Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Experience :
- Minimum 7 years of development and design experience in Oracle ERP with atleast one implementation in R12.2
- Technically strong and functionally competent in Oracle ERP Technologies
- Minimum 3-4 Oracle ERP Implementations
Technical Skills :
- Expert in OA Framework, PL/SQL, Workflows and Report Builder and BI Publisher
- Intermediate skills in Oracle Forms, Shell Scripting and REST services
- Basic skills in Shell scripting
- Experience in Tools like SQL Developer, Oracle Jdeveloper, Forms, Reports, Postman, GitHub, Discoverer
- Excellent understanding of Oracle ERP Infrastructure, Architecture and Network Topology
- Ability to integrate multiple systems with ERP using various integration patterns and technologies
Functional Skills :
- Functionally hands on experience in HR Modules Core HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Performance, Compensation, Oracle Learning
- Excellent understanding of Data Model
- Ability to configure, test and support HR Modules
- Troubleshoot and Resolve assigned Problem tickets
Soft Skills :
- Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
- Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
