Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.
This role involves delivering end-to-end solutions across Oracle HRMS modules, with a focus on Core HR, SSHR, and Payroll.
The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, excellent SQL/PLSQL skills, and experience in Oracle HRMS implementations and support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the techno-functional SME for Core HR, SSHR, and Payroll modules.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Payroll reports, Payroll APIs, and Fast Formulas.
- Work on RICE components - BI/XML Publisher Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, APIs.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as MD050, MD070, MD120, BR100, and TE040.
- Configure and maintain EIT (Extra Information Types) and SIT (Special Information Types) in Core HR.
- Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering, UAT support, and user training.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 48 years of relevant experience as an Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Deep expertise in Core HR, SSHR, and Payroll modules.
- Strong hands-on experience with Payroll tables, Payroll APIs, Payroll reports.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix basics.
- Experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, APIs).
- Familiarity with Oracle documentation standards (MD050, BR100, MD070, MD120, TE040).
- Experience with Fast Formulas is a plus.
- Knowledge of AOL (Application Object Library) components, personalizations, and customizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
