Oracle HRMS/Payroll/OTL Functional Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).

Responsibilities :

- Implement and support Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, and OTL modules (mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas for HR, Payroll & OTL.

- Requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, BR100, TE040, UAT, and end-user training.

- Onsite client interaction and implementation exposure.

- Work on additional HR modules like Performance Management, Learning Management, and iRecruitment (added advantage).

- Write simple SQL queries on Oracle HRMS & Payroll tables.

Requirements :

- 4+ years Oracle Apps Functional Consulting experience.

- Strong experience in HRMS & Payroll + OTL modules.

- Exposure to implementation projects and direct client interactions.

- Strong documentation & training skills.

- Basic SQL knowledge.
