Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle HRMS Developer to support the design, development, and customization of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle technical development tools and a good understanding of HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Reports, Alerts, and Workflows to support HR business needs.
- Customize and enhance Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages for HRMS functionality.
- Develop and support Oracle Forms for HR applications.
- Utilize Oracle HRMS standard APIs for creating and updating employee records, assignments, absence entries, etc.
- Work with Oracle HRMS base tables, views, standard packages, and user hooks for custom logic implementation.
- Create and modify database objects such as views, tables, synonyms, grants, and PL/SQL packages.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and end users to understand requirements and deliver efficient technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and ensure alignment with best practices.
Required Skills :
- 4+ years of experience as a technical developer in Oracle HRMS.
- Strong PL/SQL skills, including writing and optimizing queries, procedures, and packages.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely fixes and enhancements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Arabic language proficiency Optional but advantageous.
