Oracle HFM/EPBCS Consultant - Implementation & Configuration

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Consultant to join our finance transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems implementation, configuration, and support, with hands-on experience in HFM and EPBCS. Experience with FDMEE is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HFM and EPBCS solutions.

- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

- Design and develop financial reports, dashboards, and data integrations.

- Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

- Provide end-user training and support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HFM and EPBCS applications.

- Work with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external vendors.

- Document processes, configurations, and customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HFM and EPBCS.

- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Experience in metadata management, data loading, and validation.

- Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Calculation Manager.

- Knowledge of data integration tools and scripting (e.g., FDMEE, EPM Automate).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Good to Have :

- Experience with FDMEE for data integration and automation.

- Exposure to Oracle Cloud EPM suite and other related modules.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
