Oracle HFM Architect

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced HFM Architect to design and implement end-to-end Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) solutions that align with the organizations financial consolidation and reporting objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial systems architecture, data integration, and global reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect HFM applications to support financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.

- Define and maintain metadata structures (entities, accounts, scenarios, and custom dimensions) and data flow between source systems and HFM.

- Establish robust integration frameworks between HFM and ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or PeopleSoft.

- Ensure seamless integration with reporting tools like FDMEE, Smart View, OBIEE, or FCCS.

- Validate compliance with GAAP/IFRS accounting standards and corporate reporting requirements.

- Lead performance optimization, data validation, and system enhancements to ensure reliability and scalability.

- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements, implement best practices, and deliver high-quality HFM solutions.

- Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 510 years of experience in HFM architecture, development, and support.

- Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles, reporting workflows, and accounting standards.

- Hands-on experience integrating HFM with ERP and BI systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, PeopleSoft, FDMEE, Smart View, OBIEE, FCCS).

- Proven ability to design metadata, manage data flows, and optimize HFM application performance.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
