Experience :
- 3+ years in Oracle HRMS testing or implementation projects
- Perform thorough testing and validation of Oracle HRMS screens, including :
- Validate work structure-related data updates and ensure accurate system behavior.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Log, track, and follow up on defects and test outcomes using standard testing tools.
- Participate in integration and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles for HRMS implementations or upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS modules and data structures.
- Good understanding of HR processes and how they map to Oracle HRMS.
- Familiarity with test case design and defect tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL queries to validate backend data is a plus.
- Arabic language proficiency Preferred
