- Working Days : 3 days a week (subject to change in future)

Position Overview :


Seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional HCM Consultant with over 10 years of experience to lead the implementation and optimization of our Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of US-based HR business processes.


The ideal candidate will be the bridge between HR business stakeholders and the technical ecosystem, ensuring that our Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation modules are configured to meet complex regulatory and organizational requirements.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Functional Implementation & Strategy :


- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Global Human Resources, Benefits, and Compensation.


- Design and execute complex Eligibility Profiles to automate plan participation across diverse employee populations.


2. Advanced Technical Configuration :


- Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fast Formulas, writing and troubleshooting complex logic for payroll, benefits, and compensation calculations.


- Perform advanced system setups, including Benefit Programs, Plans, Rates, and Compensation Cycles.


- Develop and maintain custom HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL (Spreadsheet Data Loader) templates for high-volume data management.


- Configure Workflows and Notifications for Open Enrollment and Qualifying life-events.


3. Integrations & Reporting :


- Design, build, and maintain robust integrations with third-party Benefit Vendors (e.g., healthcare providers) using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.


- Configure & Develop complex OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports and Dashboards for leadership decision-making.


4. Leadership & Support :


- Provide Tier 3 support for complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.


Required Qualifications :


- Experience : 10+ years of professional experience in Oracle ERP/HCM environments, with at least 6 years focused specifically on Oracle HCM Cloud.


- Domain Knowledge : Expert-level understanding of US HR Processes, including benefits enrollment cycles, Payroll benefit deductions, compensation benchmarking, and regulatory compliance.


Technical Mastery :


- Configuration, Setup, and Administration of the HR, Benefits, Compensation configuration


- Proven expertise in Fast Formula development (syntax and logic).


- Deep experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher for outbound vendor integrations.


- Proficiency in Eligibility Profiles and Derived Factors.
