About the Role :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with the ability to work across both technical and functional domains. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support services while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Manage and execute HCM Data Loads (HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader).

- Configure HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, ORC (Recruitment), Absence Management, and other related modules.

- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and other HCM processes.

- Build, modify, and optimize HCM Extracts for data reporting and integrations.

- Design and develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OBIA).

- Create dashboards and analytics to provide actionable HR insights.

- Develop and support integrations with other systems using web services, REST APIs, and file-based loaders.

- Act as the Oracle solution expert during client discussions to provide best-practice recommendations.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Conduct impact analysis for enhancements, upgrades, or patches.

- Ensure delivery quality, reusability, and adherence to Oracle Cloud standards.

- Collaborate closely with business users, project managers, and other technical teams.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and internal teams.

- Proactively identify gaps and propose process improvements in HCM Cloud configurations and integrations.

- Perform root-cause analysis for technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.

- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess the impact on existing configurations.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) in both technical and functional capacities.

- Strong understanding of HCM modules : Core HR, Compensation, ORC (Recruiting), Absence Management, and related areas.

- Proficiency in :

a. BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas

b. HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, PaaS extensions

c. SQL/PLSQL (for data analysis and troubleshooting)

d. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

e. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

f. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.

g. Oracle Certification in HCM Cloud modules will be an added advantage.
