We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Solution Lead with strong expertise in Fast Formulas for OTL (Oracle Time s Labor) or Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of

Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the solution design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules-specifically OTL and/or Absence Management.

- Design, build, and optimize Fast Formulas to support complex business rules and calculations in OTL or Absence modules.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud processes, configuration, and formula-driven logic.

- Review and validate system setups, integrations, and end-to-end business scenarios.

- Lead impact analysis, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud standards and deliver high-quality documentation.

- Mentor junior team members and guide them on technical and functional aspects of Oracle HCM.

Required Skills s Expertise :

- 12+ years of overall experience with at least 8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

- In-depth experience with Fast Formulas for OTL or Absence Management modules.

- Strong functional understanding of Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, and related HCM modules.

- Proven experience in configuring OTL and Absence setups, eligibility profiles, and work schedules.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into scalable configurations/formulas.

- Good understanding of HCM Extracts, Reports (BIP/OTBI), and OIC integrations.

- Hands-on experience in at least 3-4 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

- Strong client interaction, requirement gathering, and solution presentation skills.

- Ability to lead a team and drive solutions independently
