Job title : Oracle HCM Senior Technical Specialist

Exp : 5- 10

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the technical owner for Oracle Cloud HCM across the ERP ecosystem

- Lead architecture, design, and technical governance for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and enhancements

- Plan and direct product selection and solution assessments, including evaluation of Oracle HCM capabilities

- Prepare design proposals and solution documents, outlining cost, timelines, risks, and alternative approaches

- Recommend and make critical technical decisions that directly impact project outcomes and business success

- Lead the design and development of assets, accelerators, offerings, or differentiators in the Oracle HCM domain

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and integration teams

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Specialist / Advisor

- Expertise in Oracle HCM technical components such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas, REST/SOAP integrations

- Proven experience acting as a technical lead or owner in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations

- Ability to evaluate solutions and make architecture-level decisions
