Oracle HCM Reporting Consultant

Title : Oracle HCM Reporting Consultant.

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Report Specialist to design, develop, and optimize reports within Oracle HCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, HCM Extracts, and SQL to support HR, Payroll, and Talent Management reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and HCM Extracts for various HR modules.

- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver optimized solutions.

- Create and manage HCM Extracts for integrations with third-party systems.

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze HR data.

- Ensure reports comply with data security and role-based access policies.

- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

- Support compliance reporting needs (SOC, GDPR, HIPAA).

- Provide technical documentation and training to HR users as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud reporting.

- Proficiency in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, HCM Extracts, and FRS.

- Strong SQL and data modeling skills for report development.

- Experience with Fast Formulas for payroll and compensation calculations.

- Understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, etc.

- Knowledge of Oracle Security Roles & Access Management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Oracle PaaS (Platform as a Service) for extended reporting capabilities.

- Prior experience in HR analytics and compliance reporting.
