We at eSoft are looking for Oracle HCM professionals for Bangalore Location.
Mode of Hire: On rolls of eSoftlabs
Requirement 1: Oracle HCM - Global Payroll
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM with atleast 3 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, organizational development
- Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large scale implementations with a focus on configurations
- At least 3 years- experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for global HR/Payroll - at least 1 full life cycle project delivery experience (hands-on)
- Knowledge of UK legislation and Payroll will be an added advantage
- Knowledge on Creating Payroll Elements, Eligibility Profiles
- Knowledge of Fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data loader
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with "time-critical" deadlines
Requirement 2: Oracle HCM - Global HR
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, organizational development
- Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large scale implementations with a focus on configurations
- At least 3 years- experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for global HR at least 1 full life cycle project delivery experience (hands-on)
- Knowledge of Security setup in Fusion - Data Roles, Job roles etc.
- Knowledge of setting up trees and Areas of Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data loader and Personalization
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with "time-critical" deadlines
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Possesses a team and customer service provision orientation
Requirement 3: Oracle HCM - Absence Management
Oracle HCM Cloud - Fusion - Absence Management
Job Description (About 6 - 8 years and atleast 5 years relevant experience)
- Oracle fusion HCM Functional consultant with strong experience in Absence Management
- Must have done at least 1 Cloud implementation of Absence Management.
- Configure Absence Plan, Absence Type, Absence Reasons and Absence Certification.
- Knowledge on Creating Payroll Elements, Eligiblity Profiles
- Should have a good knowledge in Fast Formula, Flex fields, Personalization
- Knowledge of HCM extracts, mass data updates/uploads using HDL or PBL, BIP extracts
- Good Knowledge on Statutory Absence setup and process for UK Legislation.
- Identify business requirements and prepare the implementation framework with a focus on Cloud Deployment
- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them
- Own the functional solution and implement the framework
- Configure the applications as per business requirement
- Provide functional guidance to technical team
- Analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution
- Good functional (process) knowledge in the area(s) of work
- Proven End to End Implementation Experience and Post Implementation Experience
- Experience of working in Agile methodologies
