Oracle HCM Integration Support Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Title : Oracle HCM Integration Support.

Location : Remote.

Work Hours : India hours with a required overlap for US Central Time collaboration.

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and development for our client's Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem.

You will play a critical part in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and functionality of key HCM technical components, including integrations, reports, and data processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HCM integrations and data feeds.

- Design and build Dashboards and OTBI analyses to meet business reporting needs.

- Perform data conversion and migration activities using appropriate tools.

- Collaborate with functional teams, clients, and other technical staff to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) :

- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Proven expertise in BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.

- Strong experience in providing support for HCM integrations and data processes.

- Solid understanding of HCM data models and security structures.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work a schedule that overlaps with US Central Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) :

- Experience with OTBI, Dashboards, and Page Composer.

- Knowledge of Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) tools.

- Familiarity with core HR, Payroll, or Absence management modules.

- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
