About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled HCM Technical Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting inbound, outbound, and Oracle-to-Oracle integrations across Employee Data, Time and Labor (OTL), Absence Management, and Payroll-related processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and managing integration development activities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Develop scheduled and event-driven integration orchestrations.

- Build inbound and outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, ERP Cloud, and SFTP adapters.

- Develop Oracle-to-Oracle integrations across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

- Work with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) for inbound worker and absence-related data processing.

- Develop outbound integrations using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.

- Implement Oracle-to-Oracle processing using FBDI.

- Develop integration solutions for Employee Data, OTL, Absence Management, and payroll-related expense processes.

- Implement integration error handling, logging, reprocessing, and notification mechanisms.

- Work with SQL, XML, CSV, and pipe-delimited files for data transformation and processing.

- Implement secure data transmission using SFTP, PGP, and OAuth.

- Analyze integration failures and provide timely troubleshooting and resolution.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production support activities.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Experience developing scheduled and event-driven orchestrations.

- Strong experience with REST, SOAP, ERP Cloud, and SFTP adapters.

- Experience with integration error handling, reprocessing, logging, and notifications.

- Expertise in Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL).

- Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.

- Working knowledge of FBDI for Oracle-to-Oracle processing.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, OTL, and Absence Management data models.

- Good proficiency in SQL, XML, CSV, and pipe-delimited file processing.

- Experience with SFTP, PGP, and OAuth for secure data transmission.

- Ability to independently manage integration development activities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills :

- Prior experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) integrations.

- Familiarity with date-effective HR data and related integration scenarios.

- Experience working in enterprise HCM integration environments.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Oracle HCM Integration Developer who can independently take ownership of integration development, testing, troubleshooting, and support activities while working effectively with cross-functional teams.
