Oracle HCM integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain HCM Extracts for Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, Absence, and other HCM modules.

- Build and support integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), HDL (HCM Data Loader), PBL (Payroll Batch Loader), REST/SOAP Web Services, and File-based Loaders.

- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Eligibility rules.

- Troubleshoot technical issues across HCM Extracts, HDL, OIC integrations, and reports.

- Create BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, OTBI dashboards, and HCM Data Models.

- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL loads, OIC connectivity, and other technical components.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and data model.

- Strong experience with end-to-end HCM integrations and data conversions.

- Expertise in SQL, XML, XSLT, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion tools such as HDL, BIP, and OIC.
