Role : Oracle HCM Integration Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Integration Consultant to design, build, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and various third-party applications or on-premise systems.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP web services.
You will be working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable HCM integrations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal/external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build and manage inbound/outbound HCM integrations using technologies such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into integration designs and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, mapping documents, and support materials.
- Work on data migration, conversions, and interface builds for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, etc.
- Monitor and maintain production integrations and resolve issues with job failures, data mismatches, or performance problems.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support and business stakeholders for issue resolution and enhancement requests.
- Ensure all integrations comply with security, audit, and compliance requirements (e.
, PII protection, data masking).
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and troubleshoot integration issues during implementation or production support phases.
- Support system upgrades and regression testing for interfaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Oracle HCM Cloud Integration.
- Strong expertise in :
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / OIC Gen2
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher Reports
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- REST and SOAP APIs
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, especially Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and Absence.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, and data mapping logic.
- Experience in troubleshooting integration errors and performing root cause analysis.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with ERP, Active Directory, Payroll providers, or third-party HR systems.
- Exposure to Oracle Visual Builder Studio, OAuth 2.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tools, environments, and deployment techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
