Oracle HCM Cloud Infrastructure Support


Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Infrastructure Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of the Oracle HCM ecosystem, capable of managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports our business processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and integrity of our Oracle HCM platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- HCM Configuration & Migrations : Lead manual HCM configuration migrations using sandboxes and manage Oracle P2T (Production-to-Test) refreshes, including the execution of data masking scripts.

- Integration Support : Provide hands-on support for OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) integration migrations, leveraging CI/CD and XLR processes to ensure seamless deployments.

- System Maintenance : Support and manage all aspects of Oracle HCM, including Core HCM, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Oracle Learning (Learn).

- Quarterly Upgrades : Assist with quarterly Oracle HCM upgrades and perform all necessary post-upgrade activities to ensure system functionality and user adoption.

- Reporting & Analytics : Utilize your knowledge of BI Reports to support and troubleshoot reporting needs within the HCM environment.

- Troubleshooting & Incident Management : Serve as a key resource for resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests. Experience using platforms like ServiceNow for incident and change management is a plus.

- User Management : Assist with user management tasks, ensuring proper access and permissions are maintained.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : Proven experience in a similar Oracle HCM support or infrastructure role.

- Oracle HCM Cloud : Strong hands-on experience with Core HCM, Talent, ORC, and Learn.

- Technical Migrations : Must have experience with manual HCM configuration migrations, P2T refreshes, and data masking.

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) : Hands-on experience with OIC integration migrations, particularly using CI/CD and XLR processes.

- BI Reporting : Knowledge and experience with BI Reports within the Oracle HCM suite.

- ServiceNow : Experience supporting RFCs (Request for Change) and incidents using ServiceNow is a plus.

- Availability : Immediate availability is required, with a notice period that is nearing its end.
