Job Description for Oracle HCM Functional :

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and OTL.

- Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT.

- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs.

- Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

- Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.

- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.

- Understanding of HR processes and policies.

- Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus.

- Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.

- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent, and Learning modules experience.

Preferred Modules Experience(Offshore) :

- Core HR.

- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).

- Talent.
