About the Role :
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Performance, and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will provide functional support, drive end-to-end configurations, and collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth implementation, enhancements, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide functional support for Oracle HCM Fusion, specifically across ORC, Performance, Benefits, and Time & Absence.
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery including configurations, customizations, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities to design scalable solutions.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle and post go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR stakeholders, technical developers, and global teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Work on data loading activities using HDL/FBDI, and manage integrations with third-party systems.
- Conduct upgrade and patch impact analysis, including release readiness for ORC/OTL.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Performance, and Benefits modules.
- Solid understanding of HCM data models, approval workflows, role-based security, and functional configurations.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex functional issues.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in a US shift.
