Description :
Role & Responsibilities :
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes, pain points, and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Recommend best practices and process improvements aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Testing & Deployment :
- Create and execute test scripts for SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Validate system functionality, integrations, and data flow.
- Support production deployment, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
Ongoing Support & Enhancements :
- Provide functional support for HR users across all Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configurations, workflows, data, and security.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR creation, tracking, and resolution.
- Assist with quarterly patch testing and impact analysis.
Reporting & Data Management :
- Work with BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
- Support data migration activities including templates, validation, and reconciliation.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards as needed.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and customizations.
- Work with HR leadership to design efficient HR processes and system flows.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting.
Required Skills & Expertise :
Functional Expertise :
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional roles.
- Strong knowledge of :
1. Core HR
2. Absence
3. Talent & Performance
4. Compensation
5. Payroll (basic understanding preferred)
- Understanding of HCM security, roles, and privileges.
- Good exposure to global HR processes and HR domain knowledge.
Technical Understanding (Good to Have) :
- Basic understanding of HCM integrations (OIC integration awareness preferred).
- Knowledge of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and data models.
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
Soft Skills :
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking.
- Ability to work with cross-functional business teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a strong advantage.
