Responsibilities :
- Modify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
- Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
- Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
- Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
- Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
- Document configurations, processes, and change requests
Required Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits
- Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows
- Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
- Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practice
