Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant with minimum 6-8 years of experience with SME skill in either of the following modules Any one following modules :

- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

- Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labour

- Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & End to end Implementation.

- Look for candidate who has worked on implementation project.

- Good understanding of the Business Processes

- Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules

- Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes

- Ability to build/review functional design specification documents

- Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports

- Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules

- Has worked with small and large teams

- Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
