6+Yrs (Relevant 6+Yrs) Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant (Functional)
Minimum 6+ years of working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Implementations for
North America payrolls.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure, test, and support Oracle HCM modules such as :
1. Core HR
2. Payroll
3. Absence Management
4. Time & Labor
5. Recruitment/Onboarding
6. Performance Management
7. Compensation
- Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud/Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Provide functional expertise during requirement analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
- Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integration, reports, and extensions.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data security, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle HCM (Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite).
- Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting at least 23 HCM modules.
- Strong knowledge of HCM business processes (hire-to-retire, payroll, compensation, etc.).
- Experience with implementation life cycle : requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Oracle HCM certification is a plus.
