Key Responsibilities :
- Lead full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations for Saudi Arabia, ensuring 100% compliance with local labor laws
- Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formula solutions for complex calculation requirements
- Configure Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent modules to support end-to-end HR processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore resources in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing payroll processes, improving accuracy, performance, and user experience
What You Bring :
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience, with a strong focus on Saudi payroll implementations
- Deep expertise in Fast Formula development, testing, and deployment
- Proven track record in Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent module configurations
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders across India and KSA
- Immediate availability preferred; candidates with up to 30 days' notice will be considered
Location & Engagement
Primary location: Hyderabad, India
Periodic on-site assignments at client locations in Saudi Arabia
