Position: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Contract Duration: 1 Year Renewable
Experience : 5+ years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud . The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge across multiple HCM modules, a strong understanding of HR processes, and proven experience in delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and enhancement projects across the full HCM suite.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including :
Benefits Administration :
- Help Desk / HR Case Management
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal configurations and process improvements.
- Perform data migration and validation activities including HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Reports.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration, workflow, and reporting requirements are met.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting during UAT, go-live, and post-production phases.
- Document business processes, configurations, functional specifications, and training materials.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions to end-users and HR teams.
- Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and communicate impacts to the business.
- Support ongoing change requests, enhancements, and new module implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Hands-on configuration experience in multiple HCM modules.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and policies.
- Experience in working with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Ability to lead workshops, conduct CRP sessions, and perform training.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (e.g., Global HR, Payroll, ORC, Talent).
- Experience in Redwood UI, Fast Formulas, and VBCS (Visual Builder).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
