Oracle HCM Functional Consultant-Redwood

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in Core HR and Performance Management modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Performance Management and Goals, Redwood personalization, and BPM workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support Oracle HCM implementations with a primary focus on Core HR and Performance Management modules.

- Drive at least one or more end-to-end implementations in Performance Management and Goals.

- Configure and personalize Oracle HCM Cloud using Redwood framework.

- Design and optimize Business Process Management (BPM) workflows across HR functions.

- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver functional solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants and HR stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Core HR and Performance Management & Goals.

- Proficiency in Redwood personalization.

- In-depth knowledge and configuration experience of BPM workflows.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
