We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with 5- 7 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into system configurations, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring seamless deployment and support of Oracle HCM modules. This role requires strong domain knowledge of HR business processes, hands-on experience with multiple HCM Cloud modules, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Global HR Payroll Absence Management Compensation Talent Management Learning Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Time & Labor Translate functional and business requirements into detailed solution designs and system configurations.
- Support data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and maintain configuration documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for HCM modules.
- Handle system enhancements, change requests, and new release updates.
- Partner with Oracle Support to manage service requests (SRs) and resolve product issues.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Utilize HCM Schemas and PL/SQL for report customization or data analysis when required.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for HR and IT teams.
- Advise clients on process improvements and system optimization strategies.
- Support HR transformation initiatives by aligning Oracle HCM solutions with business objectives.
Required Skills & Expertise :
- 5- 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits) and Retro Pay functionalities.
- Experience in at least 23 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Good understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation configuration.
- Working knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts.
- Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and PL/SQL for report development.
- Understanding of HCM Schemas and security configuration.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integrations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Global HR, Payroll, or other modules) preferred.
