Job description :
BASIC PURPOSE :
The HCM Techno-Functional Analyst will be responsible for system design and conguration/implementation of HCM modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and will collaborate with functional/technical leads and other implementation team members. They will execute the implementation strategy and ensure that all HCM related functionality is implemented according to technical specications. The HCM Techno-Functional Analyst will also support all technical aspects of HCM post-implementation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Configure standard functionality in all HCM modules, including, but not limited to Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation
- Provide HCM expertise to SMEs and other team members
- Apply page customizations using the latest design methodology, e.g. Redwood
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues
- Support system imports, exports, OIC integrations, and data conversion related to core HR, workers, payroll, billing, and AR data
- Develop HCM related reports using standard methods, e.g. OTBI, BIP, eText templates
- Test, diagnose, and provide solutions for HCM related functionality
- Assist with clarifying details required for documentation, e.g., FDDs/TDDs, migration documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide general guidance on integration solutions.
- Work with security team members to design appropriate application/data roles.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to support development, testing, and go-live tasks.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- A bachelor's degree in information systems/technology, or a related eld is desired.
- Relevant Oracle certifications are strongly preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience implementing new instances of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for a US based company
- 7+ years working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM
- 3+ years working with United States based payroll
- Functional knowledge of the common HCM modules. This includes, but is not limited to, Core HR/HCM, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, Benets, and Compensation
- Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables required to import HCM related data.

- Strong technical and analytical skills required
- Effective communication skills to explain HCM concepts and solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the comfort and ability to present to both functional and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
